Every Floors by Mony order is delivered by freight, straight to your door or job site.
Where We Deliver
We deliver across the Bay Area and the Central Valley. Outside these areas? Send us a quote request and we will let you know what is possible.
Delivery Cost
Delivery is priced for each order, based on your location and the size of your order. We confirm the exact delivery cost on your written quote, before you pay. There are no surprise charges at the door.
Scheduling Your Delivery
Once your order is confirmed and paid, we contact you to schedule a delivery day. We confirm the expected timing on your written quote.
On Delivery Day
- Deliveries arrive curbside by freight truck.
- Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
- Before you sign, count the boxes and check them for damage.
- Write any damage or missing boxes on the delivery receipt.
Damaged or Missing Boxes
Send photos of any damage to sales@floorsbymony.com right away, along with your order details, so we can open a claim for you.
Before You Install
Inspect every box before installation. If you are not happy with the flooring, do not install it and contact us. See our Returns & Warranty page for full details.
